Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Orders
Lost Packages: If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us via email with your order number, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email with photos of the damage and your order details. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via email. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address and are not responsible for misdelivered items.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs. We will notify you if your package is returned and offer options for redelivery.
