At KOOKBEE we strive to provide high-quality clothing and customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Eligibility for Return:

- You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached.
- Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimsuits), sale items, and gift cards.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, don't hesitate to contact our customer support via email with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility:

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within 1-2 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- Items returned that show signs of wear or damage, or are missing parts not due to our error, may be subject to a partial refund.
Refund on Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for cases where the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
- Items returned that show signs of wear or damage, or are missing parts not due to our error, may be subject to a partial refund.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us via email
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days after approval, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
